According to his facebook status he'll be out for about 3-4 weeks, so not as bad as first feared but its a hairline fracture to his ankle which sounds very painful.

Pretty cr*ppy news still as I'd have probably had Bowles in my starting line-up. In fact Tizzard junior and I were discussing what our back four of choice would be and in fairness we've pretty good options.

RB - Ryan Hill/Bowles
CB - Nathan Walker
CB - Kevin Hill/Bowles/Critchell/Frampton
LB - Smeets/Martin/Critchell

Personally I'd probably go Hill, Bowles, Walker and Critchell but I'd certainly not throw my toys out of the pram if Kevin Hill was to replace Bowlesy. Never thought I'd start others over big Kev but they've impressed me when he was out.
